Responsibilities:
- Extract relevant information from top-level requirements and perform initial sizing of equipment using electrical software like MatLab, etc.
- Interface with customers to finalize specifications, contribute to product development, obtain design/FAI approval, and ensure product performance and reliability.
- Prepare and manage technical bidding documentation, including design documents, RAMS requirements, simulation reports, and other supporting documents.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, engineering, and service teams for bidding, new proposals to penetrate different segments of the business, and product life cycle management.
- Assist in engineering documentation, such as design documents, test specifications, test reports, etc.
- Deliver training on new offerings to internal teams and customers.
- Support in resolving customer offering issues and accompany internal partners to customer sites.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, graduating in 2022/2023.
- Aggregate of all previous semesters should be 60% and above with no backlogs.
- Basic knowledge of power electronics, rectifier, and inverter topology.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and eagerness to improve processes.
- Understanding of train/vehicle-level operation and system engineering related to the traction chain is an added advantage.
- Ability to motivate others and lead a team.
