• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in one of the branches (CSE/IT/ECE/EEE) or MCA
• Troubleshooting / Support experience
• Programming / scripting experience (Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, and/or PHP)Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Self-starter who is excited about technology
