Responsibilities :
- Adhere to support processes to ensure high-quality, timely customer service that results in customer satisfaction
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Learn and employ industry best practices
- On an as-needed basis, support Sales and Marketing by conducting demonstrations, webinars, online training, and other meetings
- Participate in other strategic team and company initiatives, as needed
- Perform basic bug verification, release testing and beta support for assigned solutions.
- Research and resolve problems discovered by QA, field, or customer

Eligiblity criteria :
- Required education and degree type: BS or MS in a computer or engineering-related field
- Required minimum years of professional experience in an engineering software environment: BS+3
- Logical problem-solving, strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in writing and speaking English
- Strong organizational and time management skills, possesses a sense of urgency
- Projects a professional image and demonstrates business acumen, driven to succeed
- Strong understanding of front-end development
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)
- Experience with languages such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery
- Direct experience with WordPress development (Rest, Hooks, Custom post types and Taxonomies)
- Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (Adobe XD)
