What you will do :

• We are seeking a strong candidate who can support our Knowledge & Design Tribe. This team supports consultants, KT and other internal team to effectively share knowledge using Knowledge Navigator product.
• You will be required to support the product team:
• Help in creating and updating knowledge on the legacy platform
• Understand and evaluate the feasibility of the features demanded for knowledge products.
• Support the end users /consumers with their issues and queries
• Provide technical assistance in designing /structuring the knowledge products

Your good at :

• Creating products using technical interfaces and tools
• Strongly communicating within and outside the team
• Suggesting designs and UI options to make the product look better
• Understanding the customers and their needs
• Root cause analysis to understand various issues encountered by end – users
• Problem solving by using work arounds wherever possible

Qualification :

• Pursuing / completed bachelor’s degree from a reputed university with demonstrated high academic achievement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to demonstrate strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Accuracy, attention to detail and adherence to committed timelines
• Strong work ethic, service-mentality and a collaborative / team-player mindset
• Effective written & verbal communication.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
