Responsibilities :
- Conduct in-depth research on industry related topics and best practices.
- Plan and conduct user research studies including planning, setup, sourcing participants, analysis, documentation of insights/finding.
- Analyze research results and contribute well articulated recommendations and documents.
- Analyze data charts, screen recordings, heatmaps, etc to find patterns and insights.
Skills required and qualificatin :
- Good interpersonal communication (both written and verbal).
- Excellent organizational, attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Must have a passion for behavioral science and research.
- Strong empathy towards people and highly motivated
- Outgoing with strong personal presence
- Good understanding of user experience and business Educational Qualification: Bachelor/Master design degree pass outs from 2023 or 2024.
