Job description :
- Qualification: MBA/B. Com with a minimum score of 60%.
- Technical Requirement:
Overall understanding of MS Office (Word Excel PPT) - Fair typing speed.
- Proof Reading capability (to find out differences in similar documents)
- Proof Reading capability (to find out differences in similar documents)
- Basic Understanding of Companies Filing System & purpose of disclosing the company information.
- Understanding Global Accounting Concepts.
- Internet Browser / Cross Browser adaptability.
- Working on Companies financial statements such as 10-K, 10-Q, 424b2 etc., using software.
- Helping the Customer in timely filing by converting the document in given time lines.
- Ensuring the documents are processed according to the business standards that are acceptable by SEC. (Securities Exchange Commission).
