Position: Data Analyst
Location: Noida, Buddha Nagar, UP 201301, IND
Employment Type: Full-time
Position Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into analysis and insights to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with various teams within the organization to identify business needs for data and analyze patterns and trends.
- Prioritize multiple assignments accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Solve problems and contribute to a fast-paced FinTech company.
- Thrive in a highly collaborative environment.
Essential Duties:
- Develop dashboards using Power BI/Excel for business teams.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement using SQL, Excel, and Python.
- Design, develop, and maintain KPIs, reports, analyses, and dashboards.
- Conduct data collection, cleaning, analytics, and representation.
- Collect and interpret data from various sources within the organization to meet requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
- 1-4 years of experience in data analytics or related fields.
- Graduation degree.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Basic & Advanced), SQL, and Power BI.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA in addition to a graduation degree.
- Knowledge of Python is an added advantage.
