Job description :
- Sound knowledge on working on MS Excel, Word
- Ability to effectively communicate with client over emails
- Follow instructions shared by state-side team
- Makes decisions within compliance of State and Federal Legislation as well as corporate and regional policies and strategies
- Manages multiple tasks and demonstrates excellent time management skills
- Should be able to comprehend client’s requirements
- Open for night shifts.
- Flexible to work on Saturday during high volume.
- Looking for graduates in any stream except B.Tech – fresher are preferred.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Must have behavioral sensitivity, maturity and tact in addressing complex situations
