Ey recruitment :

Analyse client needs for automation and develop recommendations for the automation of work processes
Build solutions utilizing VBA, Python etc and maintain technical responsibility for project delivery as the technical resource on a project
Analyse As-Is and involve in the To-Be process discussion
Hands-on experience in Automating Web interfaces, desktop application interfaces, Citrix interfaces, API, Building Custom codes and Mainframes.
Hands-on experience in Automating OCR related features, Data extraction from pdf’s is preferred
Excellent communication skills and ability to discuss complex technical concepts with engineers as well as end users
Should be analytical and able to improvise configuration and code to adopt to new situations
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Responsible for effectively communicating with other team members and clients on project related information
Understanding client requirements and preparing required documents.

An overall experience of 0-3 years of hands on work experience in Desktop Automation technologies mentioned above
Experience with some or all the following programming languages is preferred: Java, .NET, SQL, HTML, CSS. Knowledge on RPA technologies will be added advantage.
Working knowledge on preparing business requirement documents and solution design documents
Excellent analysis and solutioning skills
Quickly adapting to new technologies based on the requirements and market needs
Exposure to reporting and dashboard tools ( Power BI, Alteryx) would be good to have.
Strong verbal and written communications skills
