Job Title: Assistant Manager – Recruitment (Job Code: COR022159)

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Propose innovative hiring solutions for new businesses
- Ensure key targets are met, such as on-time delivery, Cost per Hire, and Replacement cost
- Promote low-cost channels for maximum requirements fulfillment (e.g., campus, referrals, direct talent sourcing)
- Monitor the hiring process and address any deviations from company policy
- Identify and highlight risk accounts with appropriate data points
- Drive team compliance and ensure adherence to audit guidelines
- Map profiles hired in Genpact to other organizations and provide insights on challenges/changes needed for hiring those profiles
- Willingness to work on weekend drives if required
Qualifications:
- MBA Graduate with good knowledge of MS Office
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Understanding of sourcing, market trends, and competition
- Attention to detail and quick response time
- Ability to drive compliance and process adherence
