Job description :
- Candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills
- Shall work on real-time support
- Search and document details in the tool

- Must be proficient in navigating and using computers and the internet
- Team player with an exceptional interpersonal and solution-oriented attitude
- Willing to work in rotational shifts (2 Weeks Offs)
- Good typing speed
