- Function: Software Engineering → QA / SDET
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the quality of deliverables, including new features and enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to understand requirements and user workflows.
- Write efficient manual test cases and perform functional, ad-hoc, and regression testing.
- Design, develop, and execute automation test scripts.
- Report defects/bugs and track them until closure.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience in software testing.
- Professional experience in automation QA using Selenium Webdriver with Python and/or Java.
- Familiarity with defect tracking systems to report, track, and resolve issues.
- Good understanding of Agile software development methodologies (Kanban or Scrum).
- Strong passion for software quality assurance, problem detection, and analysis.
- Experience in a SaaS-based product company (optional).
- Previous experience in a bootstrapped high-growth startup (optional).
