Your Role and Responsibilities
- In this role, you’ll work in our IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. These centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology
As an Associate Developer at IBM, you’ll work with clients to co-create solutions to major real-world challenges by using best practice technologies, tools, techniques, and products to translate system requirements into the design and development of customized systems. In your role, you will be responsible for:
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Working on the end to end feature development and solving challenges faced in the implementation.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, internal and external, to understand the problems, issues with the product and features and solve the issues as per SLAs defined.
- Being eager to learn new technologies and implementing the same in feature development.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Resource must have at least 4 years of experience with 2 years in Talend
- Must have: Knowledge in Restful APIs , Talend ESB components
- Secondary Skills: Hands on Experience with Talend ETL and SQL
- Resource must be flexible and proactive, willing to stretch and learn
- Candidate should have hands-on development and architecture design experience with Talend
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Knowledge of various normalization techniques, Joins, Indexes Knowledge of source code repositories like svn, git etc
- Experience in developing transformations with different file formats like Positional, JSON, XML, CSV, Flat-file Experience
- Experience in Orchestration of Talend jobs Experience in SOAP/REST web services implementation in Talend Should possess hands on experience in Design, Development and CI/CD release
