Responsibilities:
As a Process Trainee at Infosys BPM Limited, you will be part of a team of Process Specialists. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing qualitative and quantitative research and utilizing analytical skills to interpret and analyze data/information.
- Understanding client queries and requirements.
- Conducting root cause analysis and suggesting process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling customer requests and meeting all SLAs (TAT, productivity, and quality).
- Actively participating in team-building activities.
- Adapting to learning newer technologies and adapting to changing business needs.
- Collaborating with teams to bring in process improvements or ideas.
- Working from the office, Monday to Friday.
Skills Required:
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge in MS Office.
