Your Key Role:
- Receive work assignments from the branch (service planner or maintenance planner) and complete the assigned tasks.
- Accept work packages and record work performed against the service request or work package.
- Utilize the “do work” function to report new service requests.
- Document faults or exceptions using the Risk & Recommendation method.
- Estimate labor hours and parts cost for repair work.
- Conduct Safety Review and Visit Review, documenting next steps.
- Consult with customers, providing recommendations to facilitate informed buying decisions.
Qualifications :
- Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical
- Location: Anywhere in India
Required Competencies and Skills :
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Familiarity with ISO 14001 and 45001 standards.
