Job description :

  • Managing end-to-end content delivery (We’re looking for someone who has laser-sharp focus)
  • Coordinating with content writers to ensure consistency and quality across all content pieces (We never compromise on quality)
  • Working on microcopy that will drive users towards taking the right actions across our website and app (We write copy that goes beyond selling a product. We connect with users on an emotional level.)
  • Taking research and translating it into consumable copy for the end-user (We do a lot of research at Amaha and if you love reading as much as you love writing, then you’ll enjoy this part of the role)
  • Creating content like emailers, reports, or articles (We work with leading Indian corporates and help them develop healthier workforces!)
  • Working closely with product and design teams to create content that elicits empathy, warmth, and expertise (Teamwork makes our dream work)
  • Creating engaging, easy-to-read, and well-thought-out content (Easy-to-read is not alwayeasy-to-write, that’s why we’re looking for someone who understands content inside out!)
  • Brainstorming, and generating fresh content ideas (We love our brainstorming sessions at Amaha. Think, Ideate, Write, Repeat!)
  • Creating & reviewing B2C content like audio & video scripts, UX copy, email content or blog posts (You know those soothing videos you find on Youtube that guide you into peaceful sleep? We create those!)
  • Writing & editing meaningful and impactful content for our self-care app, therapy and psychiatry platform, and online community (We don’t just write content, we try to tell stories and provide insightful solutions to our users.)
  • Using content management systems to publish content (Even if you haven’t used a platform like this before, we’re happy to train you!)
  • Writing & editing copy that is aligned with our tone and messaging (Our brand voice is how we connect with users. Every word we write needs to resonate with it.)
  • Proofreading copy (We DO NOT like TYPOS.)
  • Improving processes & collaborating across teams (We believe in constantly upgrading ourselves.)
