Responsibilities :
- Provide superior customer service – resolving incidents raised by our users
- Translate business requirements into functional/technical requirements working within the framework of the tools available.
- Interact with Business representatives to ensure their requirements are being met
- Develop solutions to meet the business requirements while meeting time and cost constraints
- Adhere to SDLC standards and Change Management processes
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Required: exposure of enterprise application development experience
- Required: exposure of good Java and Java Script or C & C++
- Required: very good exposure on Microsoft SQL technologies like SQL Server
- Required: Advanced T-SQL
- Good Documentation skills
- Good communication skills and should be able to work independently or as part of a team
