- Associate QA Analyst
- Locations: Multiple locations in India
Responsibilities:
- Define acceptance criteria and support the BA team
- Retrieve, review, and analyze data
- Assist in sprint planning and control tasks
- Estimate stories, tasks, and test plans
- Recommend and implement process improvements
- Design, execute, and report test plans
- Develop and execute automated tests
- Review logs and trace errors
- Review and prioritize bugs
- Create documentation for training and tests
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in manual testing
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience in requirements verification and validation
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Understanding of defect reporting
- Empathy and flexibility
- Observation and analysis skills
- Ability to analyze priority and severity of defects
- Teamwork mindset
- Basic knowledge of codeless software test automation
