Responsibilities :
- Dealing with bank for refunds and settlement issues.
- Need to closely work with Finance team for recon and other issues.
- Solving tickets/queries raised by merchant, customer’s or bank.
- Have good knowledge of product to resolve any customer, merchant or bank issues.
- Review the open tickets assigned on FreshDesk and reply to queries related to the tickets.
- Reconcile transactions and refunds with the partner banks.
- Work with Tech team for fixing refund and settlement issues.
- Dealing with other team specially Support / Sales for resolution of queries.
- Handling things which impact inflow and outflow of funds at transaction level.
- Complete tasks considering SLAs and preparation of various reports on weekly and monthly basis.
