What you’ll do :
- Availability 24/7 – 365 Days – Flexible to work in US Shifts, Weekends and Indian Holidays.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Preferable – Knowledge in Incident Management (ITIL).
- Preferable – Knowledge in ServiceNow tool.
- Monitoring mailbox and addressing the requests that come through to the mailbox
- Responding to a reported Severity incident and initiating the incident management process
