  • You will be the first point of contact for the end-users for their technical queries.
  • You will support customers at an L1 & L1.5 Engineer capacity.
  • Basic troubleshooting through a ticketing tool will be taken up you
  • Knowledge about Information Technology and Computer Basics is a must.
  • Basic concepts related to router/modem/networking will be required.
  • Technical Training will be provided but you must have a zeal to work in IT.
  • You must possess excellent English communication skills to be able to converse with International End Users/ International Customers.
