- Experience: 02 years experience in loan process, documentation, and Credit

- Job description:
- Preparation of loan applications and submission to lenders
- Verify customer-provided documents and information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain client profile in broker software.
- Support the mortgage brokers with administrative tasks.
- Loan servicing with various lenders
- Manage good client relationships.
- Assist the Mortgage Broker to ensure that all annual internal Mortgage related compliance documents are updated.
- Starting applications and tracking right through to settlement.
