- Provide L1 support to clients across globe
- Extend technical support to Clients over email/phone and teams
- Provide technical support for cloud-based issues pertaining to Azure, O365 and AWS
- Support on Email migrations
- Technology focused, self-motivated and proactive in problem solving.
- Keen interest in learning cloud technologies.
- Self-paced learning on technologies
Qualification :
