Qualification :
- 0-2 years of experience working in Service Desk/L1 support.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or similar. (B.E/B.Tech would be preferred)
- Good communication skills
- Good ITIL knowledge
- Ability to work as a team
- Able to work in shifts on 24×7 model.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
